Tie the Knot Bridal Fair 2012 at Robinsons Place Activity Area
Robinsons Place Lipa in cooperation with Chalebrations Events Planning and Management had a 2-Day Bridal Fair last May 2012 (i know, super long overrrrrdue blog post.) This was possible with the help of powerful exhibitors all over Lipa and Batangas who joined on this event. "Tie the Knot 2012" was an annual bridal fair showcasing different local wedding suppliers for every couple's big day! Pre-wedding seminar and fashion show were some of the must-see activities in store for all the participants.
We were really overwhelmed when Robinsons Place Lipa Marketing Officer texted us and offered us this once in a lifetime break and though it was our first time to organize a bridal fair - it was indeed successful with all the love and effort - nakaraos din. Marami pong Salamat!!!

ANNETTE'S FLOWERLAND

Welcome to Annette's Flowerland! Welcome to her 7th birthday party!

When I have reached Annette's house (which was the farthest) - I was reallly reallly amazed because the location was like houses in Tagaytay - with overlooking view, only you'll see the whole of Batangas City. She was the only daughter and i think the luckiest kid on the block. She has her own swimming pool plus playground too! She was an angel from heaven, her parents used to mention.Their family was really nice and warm! Laging may pancit when we visit! hehe Thank you! Annette is one of the smartest kids we've worked with, as in top sa class, rank 1 in all the subjects, though sometimes she was really stubborn and shy too. Reminiscing what happened at Annette's party, we had 400-500 guests the whole day on this event alone. As in I think the whole of Bauan was invited! haha! Annette's parents was like friends with everyone in town kaya ang daming bisita. And to end the party - there was one powerful fireworks - which you normally see in Mall of Asia. It's was so amazingggg. It was indeed a blast! More birthdays to come Annette!

BARBIE FAIRY PRINCESS

It's not an easy job to be a party coordinator. You deal with different clients and those clients have different characters/attitudes, wants and needs. You travel from one places to another - places that you've never heard or been to. I'm not complaining, shempre it's part of the job - so the least thing you can do is to enjoy it.

This was another fairy tale party happened at Maribelle's Garden. I knew my client Miss Maureen because she saw Chalebrations online (thank you technology). We have first met at Starbucks Batangas. She was still unsure though because she needs to coordinate it with her husband first plus her daughter Sheine - was still undecided on what theme does she really want for her birthday party. At first I thought - wala na to. However - i have received a call telling to meet them personally - which they visited the shop and we started planning things for the party. I think si Miss Maureen na ata ang pinakarelihiyoso kong naging client. Their house was a bit far from my expectations but that's ok kasi she used to pick us up somewhere in the city and whenever we ride on her SUV - Christian songs ang background music. She was very calm and considerate in all fairness to her. I always think I am so blessed with wonderful clients. Yong values na nakikita ko sa knila and how they raised their kids - well amazing. I think the only challenge we had at Maribelle's was the heat - since mejo mainit sa Batangas and thank god hind umulan that time - mejo mainit nga lang sa venue. Sa stage palang super initttt na (sumisingaw na init from cement, tumatagos na init from bubong). I have nothing against the place. Cute sha, garden type with pool on the side - cguro it's just the extreme weather we have. Either sobrang init or sobrang lamig, either hind umuulan, or sobrang lakas at walang tigil na ulan. I think inspite of everything - everyone enjoyed the party. Sheine received so many gifts too! Si Sheine i guess is one of the sweetest and most approachable kids we've worked with. Sometimes you dont want the party to be over - kasi it only means you wont see them as often as you see them prior to the event. Nakakamiss din - can you imagine weekend practices, check suppliers from time to time, sa dami-daming changes before the party - maloloka ka but it's fun. It's always fun to be with people who's nice and feeling mo babaet ka lalo kapag kasama ka nila.

THE BARBIE IN ME

Pretty Ryza always wanted Barbie dolls so when her mom asked her what theme should we have for her 7th birthday of course she automatically said Barbie Fashion Fairytale. She loves anything pink and girly. Certified kikay! She's also very talented - she sings and dances too! So she surprised all her guests with one powerful production number and a dance number with her brother and cousins! Ryza is very lucky to have a supportive parents and family. This day was so fun and full of laughter that even Jollibee was there. haha! There was magic, puppet show and clowns too! Kids really dressed up like Barbie dolls! Ryza - one of the prettiest kids we've worked with thanked everyone for coming on her 7th birthday.

TANGLED IN SOME FUN!

This was our first party in Manila and actually first this year! I have met Miss Chari at Shangrila Plaza Edsa sometime last year. She knew Chalebrations via online (thanks to technology). hihi When I have met her personally, she was very warm and very detailed at the same time. At first, she was thinking of having the party at Museo Pambata then somewhere in Roxas Blvd however ended up in Philam Homes Clubhouse near Trinoma.Weather is not really good that time but we're happy to see so many guests who were tangled in some fun!

PRINCESS STEPHANIE @ SEVEN

Once upon a time, there's a little girl named Stephanie - only daughter of Mr. Ardie and Mrs. Mutya Villena, who dreamed of having a Royal birthday party and that beautiful princess celebrated her birthday in the Kingdom of Ponte Fino. Hear ye Hear ye!

With all the kids that Chalebrations had worked with - I think Stephanie has one of the most beautiful faces. Well no wonder her mom was once Bb. Batangas, Miss Mutya - who's the simplest at walang kaligaligalig na client - she just told us what to do and she entrusted everything to us. Maraming Salamat po!
