December 30, 2011, 5pm @The Dish - we had our DLSL HS Grand Reunion and finally we made it happen! Yes, I am Batch 2000. It has been 11 years. & Yes, 11 years worth of stories.
It was really amazing people came. We were only expecting more or less 30 batch mates but surprisingly we were more or less 65 plus 50 viewers from our Ustream Channel. I couldn't say more. I was really really thankful. All the efforts have been paid off. It was nice seeing familiar faces. Rhina was right, rekindle old friendship, share fun and laughter and it's a date. I was telling my husband that I couldnt remember talking to Rhina when we were in high school but since we were assigned to do these tasks I was happy to find a new-found-friend or BFF LOL. The event was successful. We started late but still had the most out of it. I may be sick (hard cough & colds) and mejo bitin pa nga but everything fell into place. Thank you to Donna Averion - our Student Council President, Marissa Mayo - Student Representative and Rhina Lasala for all the love and effort for making these things possible. I cant wait to see you all again. 2016, Please save the date. wink.
